For Employers:
Its purpose is to offer a comprehensive set of services, both legal and non-legal, to Canadian employers. We have integrated the recruitment, immigration process, settlement, and trade certification of employees in one package to bring you the best qualified foreign workers you need for your business.
Advanced planning is the key to success, and our team will work to secure the necessary information to begin the first steps on the road to recruitment. With all Federal and Provincial requirements in place and the employer‘s plan ready to be executed, McRoberts Immigration Law Division will proceed to:
- Source, recruit and evaluate foreign workers that meet the requirements established by the
employer.
- Select suitable candidates for approval by the employer.
- Prepare, process and submit an application for a Labor Market Opinion (LMO) to Service
Canada.
- Prepare, process and submit an application to obtain a work visa for each worker.
- Assist the employer with the settlement of foreign workers by coordinating with settlement
agencies.
