Areas of Practice
Martha practices family law, including legal separations, divorce actions, pre-nuptial agreements, spousal and cohabitation agreements, child custody and child support disputes, spousal support disputes, and resolving the division of family property. Martha also practices in the fields of civil litigation, wills, estates and real estate.

Biography
Ms Musuka received her Bachelor of Laws Degree LL.B. from the University of London, United Kingdom, and a Masters Degree in Laws LL.M. from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. Ms Musuka attended the University of Manitoba Law School at Robson Hall to obtain Canadian competency and was called to the Bar in 2009. She articled with Legal Aid Manitoba and joined Mc Roberts Law Office LLP in the same year.
